● Automatic operation, stable water output
The control valves imported from the United States have fully achieved automatic switching between each stage of water softening and system regeneration process. After installation and debugging, the equipment can continuously supply high-quality softened water under automatic conditions by regularly adding regenerant.
● Reliable performance
Control valves made of engineering plastics and all copper have extremely high reliability and durability. Multi way valves are integrated, eliminating the influence of human and other factors. The main components of the valve body can have a service life of several decades.
● Easy installation and compact structure
Advanced process design makes the structure of the softened water equipment compact and significantly reduces the footprint. The installation foundation only needs to be horizontal without special requirements, and can be flexibly arranged according to the actual situation of the site, saving land investment.
● Corrosion resistance and pollution resistance
Fiberglass tanks and engineering plastic fittings are sturdy, durable, and corrosion-resistant, avoiding contamination of the exchange agent and system corrosion issues.
● High efficiency, low energy consumption, and low operating costs
The overall design of the water softener is advanced and reasonable, allowing the resin exchange capacity to be fully utilized. Microelectronics circuits and timers have extremely low energy consumption, and the jet injector precisely controls the amount of regenerated salt, resulting in significantly reduced operating costs compared to general softened water equipment.
The automatic regeneration control mode of the equipment is divided into two types: time type and flow type. Users can choose the following four configurations according to their needs. In addition to automatic regeneration, the controller also has a manual regeneration function, providing convenience for users to increase regeneration in cases of excessive water usage. If the water softener is used in conjunction with the water level controller of the water tank, it is more economical and safe.
1. Single tank time control type, suitable for places where water consumption does not change significantly, water usage time is relatively fixed, and intermittent water supply is allowed. Stop water for about 2.5 hours during regeneration.
2. Single tank flow control type, suitable for places with large changes in water consumption and allowing intermittent water supply, with water interruption for about 2.5 hours during regeneration.
3. Double tank flow control type/multi tank flow control type, one backup and one use/one backup and multiple use (or use separately for regeneration), suitable for places with large water volume and continuous water supply.
4. Double tank flow control type, with a single controller controlling two water dispensers to work simultaneously and regenerate sequentially. It is suitable for places with large changes in water consumption and continuous water supply, and has a better cost performance ratio.
